Perimeter of a trapezium = 52 cm
Length of each non-parallel side=10 cm
Then,
Sum of its parallel sides = 52 - (10 + 10)
= 52 - 20
= 32 cm
Area of the trapezium $= \frac{1}{2}$ (sum of parallel sides) $\times$ height
Area of the trapezium $= \frac{1}{2} (a + b) \times h$

$= \frac{1}{2} \times 32 \times 8$ $[∵ h = 8 c m a n d a + b = 32 c m]$
$= 128 c m^{2}$
