Let the sides of the triangle be $5x,7x$ and $8x$

Perimeter of a triangle$=$sum of all its sides.

$\Rightarrow 900=5x+7x+8x$

$\Rightarrow 20x=900$

or $x=\frac{900}{20}=45$m

Length of its sides are $5x=2\times 45=225$m; $7x=7\times 45=315‬$m and $8x=8\times 45=360$m

$\therefore$ length of its sides are $225$m,$315$m and $360$m.
