The correct option is A 12 units
Let the coordinates of A, B and O be (3, 0), (0, 4) and (0, 0) respectively.



Here, OA = 3 units and OB = 4 units.

AB=(30)2+(04)2

=32+44

=25=5 units

∴ Perimeter of ΔAOB = OA + OB + AB

= 3 + 4 + 5

= 12 units

Hence, the correct answer is option (a).
