Let the sides be $3x$, $4x$ and $5x$.
Then $3x$ + $4x$ + $5x$ = $144$ or $x=12$
$\therefore$ sides are $36$, $48$ and $60$ m. Clearly, ${36}^2+{48}^2={60}^2$. It is a right angled triangle.
$\therefore Area=\frac{1}{2}\times 36\times 48=864m^2$
