To find the length we need to use the perimeter of the triangle

Let equal sides =am

then the perimeter of the triangle =Sumofallsides

0.64=0.24+a+a0.64=0.24+2a2a=0.64-0.242a=0.40a=0.402a=0.20

Hence the equal sides of the triangle is 0.20m
