$156 m^{2}$

Perimeter of rectangular field = 2 (length + breadth)

$∴ 2 b = perimeter - 2 l$

$\Rightarrow 2 b = 50 - 26 = 24$

$\Rightarrow b = 12$

Area of rectangle $= length \times breadth$

$= 12 \times 13 = 156 m^{2}$
