The correct option is C 24cm2
Perimeter =24
Sum of other two sides =241014
(as 10 is hypotenuse)
So, applying pythagoras theorem, we get
102=x2+(14x)2
100=x2+196+x228x
2x228x+96=0

x214x+48=0

x28x6x+48=0

So, x=8 or 6
Area=12×b×h
=12×6×8
=24cm2
