  1. In a life cycle, a woman’s body is vulnerable to a variety of changes.
  2. The cycle of these changes occurring in women every month, positively for pregnancy is called the menstrual cycle.
  3. The menstrual cycle is divided into four phases, namely: Menstrual phase, Follicular phase, Ovulatory phase, and Luteal Phase.

Menopause

  1. Menopause means complete cessation of menstruation.
  2. It is a natural event that occurs when ovaries stop working and there is a permanent stoppage of the menstrual cycle.
  3. It happens in women between the age of 45 to 54 years.
  4. The lowered level of estrogen and progesterone are directly responsible for it.
