The correct option is B

$y_{1} = 10 s i n (10 π t + \frac{π}{3})$

Phase 1 $= (10 π t + \frac{π}{3})$

When t=0.5

Phase 1 $= (5 π + \frac{π}{3})$ ......(i)

$y_{2} = 12 s i n (8 π + \frac{π}{4})$

when t=0.5

Phase 2 $= (4 π t + \frac{π}{4})$ .....(ii)

phase difference=phase 1-phase 2= $5 π + \frac{π}{3} - 4 π - \frac{π}{4}$

$= π + \frac{π}{12}$

$= \frac{13 π}{12}$
