Given that, one symbol represents $25$ eggs.
Monday has $3$ symbols.
Therefore on Monday, the trader sold $3 \times 25 = 75$ eggs.

Tuesday has $5$ symbols.
Therefore on Tuesday, the trader sold $5 \times 25 = 125$ eggs.

Wednesday has $4$ symbols.
Therefore on Wednesday, the trader sold $4 \times 25 = 100$ eggs.

The total number of eggs sold within 3 days $= 75 + 125 + 100 = 300$ eggs.
