We know if x fraction of total items is shown on a pie chart, angle θ=x×360

⇒​ x=θ360;
where x=Number of particular items soldTotal number of items sold

∴​ Number of particular items sold =θ360×1080

Pens =120360×1080=360

Notebooks =100360×1080=300

Books =65360×1080=195

Others = 75360×1080=225
