Let the total medals in the Winter Olympics is x
Given Germany won 7 Bronze medals.
84360×x=7
x=36084×7
x=30
Now, gold sector makes an angle of 120 for Germany.
84360×30=7 gold medals.
Similar way, gold sector makes an angle of 72 for Russia.
72360×30=6 gold medals.
Hence, the Germany won more gold medals than the Russian Federation.
