The pillars of the temple are cylindrically shaped. Each pillar has a circular base of radius 20 cm and height 10 m. How much concrete mixture would be required to build 14 such pillars?

Given: Height=10 m

radius =20 cm=0.2 m

We have to find it's volume to find the concrete mixture required.

The volume of the 1 cylindrical pillar =πr2h

=227×0.2×0.2×10

=8.87 m3

Total mixture required to build 14 such pillars

=8.87×14

=17.6 m3

Hence, 17.6 m3 concrete mixture is required.
