$\therefore$ No. of games won by pirates : $4+N$ and $N^{\prime }$

It is given that pirates won exactly half of the games they played.

$\therefore$ No of games played $=15+N$

no. of games won by pirates $=\frac{15+N}{2}$

$\therefore 4+N=\frac{15+N}{2}$

$8+2N=15+N$

$N=7$
