Solution
The correct option is B Soil, intestine and lung Fertilization eggs of Ascaris are passed out from the host's body with it's faeces into the soil where first larval moulting takes place. This larvae does not have the power of infection. It becomes moulted into second stage larvae which infects the host through consumption of contaminated food and water. This second stage larvae hatches out into a juvenile, through the blood circulation, reaches to the heart and then to lungs. From lungs it migrates to alveoli where third and fourth stage moulting takes place.
