Let P(x,y) be the point of intersection of diagonals AC and BD of ABCD.
Mid- point of AC:
x=3+62=92

y=232=52

Mid point of AC=(95,52)

Now, mid-point of BD:
x=5+42=92

y=5+02=52

Mid-point of BD=(92,52)

Here, mid-point of AC and mid-point of BD i.e, diagonals AC and BD bisect each other.
We know that diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other.
ABCD is a parallelogram.
