The correct option is B $x + 3 y = 16$
In the equation $x + 3 y = 16$ if we substitute
$x = 7 a n d y = 3$ we get

$L H S = (7) + 3 (3)$

$\Rightarrow L H S = 7 + 9 = 16$

$\Rightarrow L H S = R H S$
