The general point on the planes are given by (5λ+4,2λ+1,λ) and (2μ+1,3μ+2,4μ+3) for some constants λ,μ.
Substitute λ=4μ+3 in the equation 5λ+4=2μ+1 we get μ=1. Hence (2μ+1,3μ+2,4μ+3)=(1,1,1).
