If you understood the question clearly we are actually asked to find the pole of the line x + y = 2 (which is polar) w.r.t then circle x2+y2=10.
We know how to find the equation of polar if co-ordinates of pole is given.
if (x1,y1) are the coordinates of pole then equation of polar with respect to the circle x2+y2=a2 will be -
x.x1+y.y1=10
x.x1+y.y15=2
On comparing we get co-odrinates of pole -
(x1,y1) = (5,5)
