The correct option is A Same
Considering the point (p,q), its reflection about x axis will give (p,q).

Now the reflection of the point (p,q) about yaxis will be (p,q)....(i)

Now we get (p,q) if we take the reflection of the point (p,q) about origin (0,0).

Hence considering the above reflections, the combined effect is the same as the reflection of Point P about the origin.
