It is given that (2,3) lies on the graph of the linear equation 3x(a1)y=2a1
so, putting the value of x=2,y=3 we get
3×2(a1)×3=2a163a+3=2a15a=10a=2
again (2,3) lies on the graph of the equation 5x+(12a)y=3b
putting the value of x=2,y=3,a=2 we get,
5×2+(12×2)×3=3b10+312=3b3b=1b=13
