Distance formula = (x2x1)2+(y2y1)2

PQ = (1(1))2+(1(1)2 = (2)2+(2)2 =8 units

QR = (1+3)2+(13)2 = (423)+(4+23) =8 units

PR = (1+3)2+(13)2 = (4+23)+(423) =8 units

Since PQ = QR = PR, the triangle is an equilateral triangle.
