Since, P and Q are between these, we have,
$P=\frac{7}{3}andQ=\frac{8}{3}$
Similarly, the part between T and U are divided into three parts. So, we can write, $T=-1=\frac{-3}{3}andU=-2=\frac{-6}{3}$
Since, S and R are between these, we have,
$S=\frac{-5}{3}andR=\frac{-4}{3}$
Thus, the rational numbers represented P, Q, R and S are $\frac{7}{3},\frac{8}{3},\frac{-4}{3}and\frac{-5}{3}$ respectively.
