Find the median of the scores.

The correct option is A 12
Arranging the points scored by the team in ascending order, we get
2, 5, 7, 7, 8, 8, 10, 10, 14, 15, 17, 18, 24, 27, 28, 48.

There are 16 terms. So there are two middle terms, i.e. the 162th and (162+1) th term, i.e. the 8th and 9th terms.
So, the median is the average of the values of the 8th and 9th terms.
i.e, the median = 10+142
= 12
Thus, the median score of the Volleyball team is 12.
