The correct option is A 43 km
Earth is almost a sphere in shape but not purely a sphere, it slightly bugles at the equator. Therefore, the radius of the earth is different at both poles and equator. The equatorial diameter( twice of radius) is 12756 km but, the polar diameter is 12714 km.
