Population increased at the rate of 10%, 15%, 8%
Now, after an increase in 10% of population,
New population = 25000 + 10% of 25000 = $25000+\frac{10}{100}\times 25000=27500$
After an increase in 15% of the population,
New population= 27500 + 15% of 27500 = $27500+\frac{15}{100}\times 27500=31625$
After an increase in 8% of the population,
New population = 31625 + 8% of 31625 = $31625+\frac{8}{100}\times 31625=34155$
Hence, the present population is 34155
