Finding the absolute and relative increase of population:

Given, population in 2008 was 3025

Population in 2010 was 4300

Absolute increase in population from 2008 to 2010 is,

=newvalue-oldvalue=4300-3250=1050

Relative(percent) increase will be,

=Absolutevalueoldvalue×100=10503250×100=32.3%

Hence, the absolute and relative increase in population is 1050and 32.3%.
