Total Population of town = 104820

Number of female voters = 12345

Number of person who have not right to vote = 26489

Number of male voters = Total Population -Number of female voters -Number of person who have not right to vote

Number of male voters = 104820 - 12345 - 26489

Number of male voters = 65986

Answer : 65986
