X=At3+Bt2+Ct+D
Position at t=0 is X=D=5 m
Position at t=4 s is (1×43+4×422×4+5)m=125 m
Thus, the displacement during 0 to 4 s is (1255) m=120 m
Average velocity, vav=Displacementtime=1204=30ms
