Two pure-breeding parents produce a heterozygous dominant progeny. In the given question, a cross between pure breeding PP and pp will produce all progeny with Pp genotype. This is due to purity of gametes (production of gametes with "P" and "p" by PP and pp parent) and the random fusion of these gametes. Gametes by "PP" parent having "P" and those of "pp" parent having "p" will give all progeny having one "P" and one "p" allele.
