Here the circuit is of 3 sections,
1 comprising of 48Ω and 24Ω,
2 compromising of 60Ω,30Ω,10Ω
3 comprising of 3Ω,

We know,
Potential difference across Section 1=48V

Total current in section 1=current in section 2=current in section 3,

The total current in section 1=488+4824=8A

Potential difference in section 2=8A×Req=8×10=80V

Potential difference across Section 3=3Ω×8A=24V

Total potential difference across X,Y=80+48+24=152V


Option C is the correct answer
