The correct option is B 61 V;1 Ω
Since emf of a cell is given by,

E=V1+I1r;E=V2+I2r(1)

E=50+11r;E=60+1r(2)

From (1) and (2),

50+11r=60+r

(111)r=6050

10r=10

i.e. r=1 Ω

From eqn (1) E=50+11r

=50+11(1)

E=61 volt
