The correct option is A 23volt

From the given figure we ca easily find the resultant resistance of circuit,
1Req=115+115=215
Req=152Ω
Using formula for Ohm's law,
V=IReq
2=IReq
I=415A
So, a current of 415A is passing through circuit.
Using Kirchhoff's law for loop TRBSuT
I1(10)+I1(5)2=0
I1=215A
Current through arm PAQ
II1=415215=215A
So, potential at point A is given by
VA=IR=215×5=23V
So, potential at point B is given by
VB=IR=215×10=43V
So, potential difference, VAVB=4323=23V
