V of Electric Heater = 110 V
I in Electric Heater = 5 A
R = V/I = 110/5 = 21 Ohm

V= 220 V
R= 21 Ohm (Proved)
I = V/R = 220/21 = 10.476 A
Wattage = P = VI = 2304.76 W
