For H like species, potential energy E is given as 13.6 z2n2eV

whose z= atomic number of Hlike species

n= energy level or shell number

Since, there is negative in potential energy expression so, higher the n value smaller is the negative value or higher is the potential energy.

where, k=13.6 z2

Here, z=2 for He+
