Power factor PF=1/2
Power factor of AC circuit can be given as
P.F=RR2+x22
12=11+(xLR)2 substituting xL=ωL
12=11+(ωLR)2
1+ω.LR=2
ω.LR=1
As the frequency is doubled the volume of ω.L/R also becomes twice
P.F.=11+(ωLR)2=11+(2)2
=11+4
P.F.=15
