The correct option is B 150 times
The total magnification given by two or more lenses used at the same time is equal to the product of the powers of the lenses.
You may understand it by noting that the second lens magnifies the image from the first lens and that the image from the first lens is already magnified. So, the object is first magnified 5 times and then is magnified 30 more times thus resulting in a total magnification of 150 times

XT=X1×X2

=5×30=150 times, Hence Option C is correct.
