Work done =mgh where m is the mass, g is the acceleration due to gravity and h is the height.
Given, time = 1 minute=60 seconds
height h=10 m
Power=Work doneTime taken
Power=mghTime taken
So, 20 = m×10×1060
m=12 kg
We know
Density=MassVolume
Volume=121000
Therefore, the pump can raise water of volume 0.012 m3 in one minute.
