Present population = 25000
Increase in first year $=4\%$
in second year $=5\%$
and in third year $=8\%$
$\therefore$ Population after 3 years $=P(1+\frac{R_1}{100})(1+\frac{R_2}{100})(1+\frac{R_3}{100})$
$=25000(1+\frac{4}{100})(1+\frac{5}{100})(1+\frac{8}{100})$
$=25000\times \frac{26}{25}\times \frac{21}{20}\times \frac{27}{25}=29484$
