The correct option is B 24mm Hg
The moist gas has pressure =10 mm Hg, and aqueous tension =3 mm Hg

Pressure of dry gas =103=7 mm Hg

Now, volime V is reduced to V3.

SH constant T (Isothermai process):

P1V1=P2V2

7×V=P1.V3

P2=21 mm Hg. (paratial pressure of dry gas)

As it exists in moist form, final pressure =21+3=24 mm Hg
(aqueous tension adds up )
