The pressure of real gas is less than the pressure of an ideal gas because of:
Intermolecular forces
In an ideal gas, the collision between the molecules is said to be elastic, that there is no intermolecular force of attraction between the particles whereas in the real, gases are made up of particles which attract each other and collisions between them is non-elastic. So the pressure of the ideal gas is higher as compared to the pressure of real gas since the particles do not have attractive forces.
