Original price of farmhouse = ₹20,00,000

Changed price of farmhouse = ₹13,00,000

Decrease in price = 20,00,000 – 13,00,000 = ₹7,00,000

Therefore, the percentage of decrease = Decrease in price/Original price x 100

= (7,00,000)/(20,00,000)×100 = 35%.
