On Rs. $13, 000$ , the Tax to be paid $=$ Rs. $(13000 \times \frac{12}{100}) =$ Rs. $1560$
Required Amount $=$ CostPrice $+$ SalesTax
$=$ Rs. $13, 000 +$ Rs. $1, 560$
$=$ Rs. $14, 560$
Thus, Vinod will have to pay Rs. $14, 560$ for the T.V.
