The price of four cars are given below. Arrange the cars in descending order of their prices?

The number of digits in the price of car A, C and D have same number of digits, i.e. 6 and the price of car B has 7 digits. Hence, the price of car B is the highest.
For cars A, C and D
The left most digit in the price of A and D is same and greater than the left most digit in the price of C. Thus, the price of C is lowest.
Now, for cars A and D:
The left most digit in both the numbers is same but the second digit from the left in the price of A is smaller than that of D.

Thus, the prices can be arranged in descending order as:
1000800>989098>900800>899998
and the cars can be arranged in descending order of their prices as
B > A > D > C
Hence, option B is correct.
