$\frac{N}{2}=\frac{400}{2}=200$

$\therefore$ $Medianclass=20-40$

We have, $l=20,c.f=140,f=100$ and $h=20$

$\Rightarrow$ $Median=l+\frac{\frac{N}{2}-c.f}{f}\times h$

$=20+\frac{200-140}{100}\times 20$

$=20+12$

$=32$
