The transformer converts A.C high voltage into A.C low voltage, but it does not cause any change in the frequency. The formula for voltage is
EsEp=NsNp
where,
Ep=primary voltage
Es=secondary voltage
Np=number of turns of primary winding
Ns=number of turns of secondary winding
Es=NsNp×Ep

Es=5000500×20

Es=200V
Thus, output has voltage 200V and frequency 50Hz
