Consider the following events :
A = Person gets an electric contract, B = Person gets plumbing contract

We have,
P(A)=25,P(¯¯¯¯B)=47,P(AB)=23

Now,
P(AB)=P(A)+P(B)P(AB)

23=25+(147)P(AB)

P(AB)=25+3723=17105
