The process by which wet clothes dry up is known as:
Evaporation
When wet clothes are dried, the water molecules on the surface acquire latent heat of vapourization, turns into vapour and breaks away from the surface of the cloth. This process is called evaporation.
Sublimation is a process that turns a solid into gas.
Unlike evaporation, boiling is not a surface phenomena. Boiling causes conversion of water into vapour in bulk and it takes place at a fixed temperature i.e. boiling point.
Condensation is a process which turns gas into liquid.
