then

$\frac{3}{9}\cdot x\cdot \frac{-1}{5}=\frac{-7}{18}$

$\Rightarrow 3x=\frac{7}{18}\times 9\times 5=\frac{7\times 5}{2}$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{35}{2\times 3}$ = $\frac{35}{6}$
