According to question ,

$$\begin{gathered} \frac{12}{5}\times x=-7 \\ x=-7÷\frac{12}{5} \\ x=-7\times \left(recoprocalof\frac{12}{5}\right) \\ x=\frac{-7}{1}\times \frac{5}{12} \\ x=\frac{-35}{12} \end{gathered}$$

Hence the other rational number is $\frac{-35}{12}.$
